Lokomotiv’s coach Oleg Pashinin talks about the game against Akhmat (1:0) in Round 21 of the Russian Premier League.

- The result was crucial today. It’s been a while since we last won at home. This win is a congratulation to our fans, especially our female supporters. Considering our place in the table, the victory was vital. The play itself was uneven - sometimes we controlled it, sometimes it was controlled by Akhmat. Had we capitalized on the rapid counters that we had at 1:0, the win could have been bigger. It is clear that the ejection and the penalty made us make corrections to the plan. The boys did well and secured the score.

- How did you communicate with Syomin and can you imagine Lokomotiv without him?

- There’s no need to imagine Lokomotiv without Syomin. Today he was banned from the dressing room. We found the way to communicate but let’s leave it out.

- Will Djordjevic play this season?

- It depends on his rehabilitation and how fast he gets fit. I cannot say exactly when he’s expected to be back.
