Miodrag Bozovic: "In the second half, the team started moving better"
Lokomotiv defeated their most bitter rivals Torpedo Moscow 1:0. At the post-match press conference, Miodrag Bozovic pointed out the victory was deserved, and complained about the turf quality.
- It is difficult to comment on the game, the turf was appalling, it's difficult to walk on, - said Bozovic. - I cannot even imagine how the players coped with it. On the whole, Torpedo demonstrated a well-organized defence play, and the opportunities were few in the first half. After the restart, however, they opened up and we were able to use the spaces they left uncovered. The team started moving better. Ndoye scored a fantastic goal, and we could have scored more. I think it was a deserved victory.
