Durica Helps Slovakia Beat Luxembourg

Lokomotiv defender Ian Durica has won another cap for appearing in a Euro-2016 qualifier against Luxembourg.

On 10 minutes Ian helped Slovakia score. The defender took a free kick wiring a shot off the crossbar which rebound was hoovered up by Adam Nemec who sent it home. Slovakia won 3:0 and are ranking first in Group C.

Lokomotiv midfielder Alexander Samedov remained benched in Russia vs Montenegro Euro qualifier. The game, played in Podgorica, Montenegro, was abandoned after 67 minutes with the score at 0:0 due to the local fans' unrest.
