Bozovic: Thanks to our supporters!

Lokomotiv manager Miodrag Bozovic told the post-match press conference he was happy with his team’s performance in a derby against Torpedo (2:0), and thanked the supporters.

- Torpedo played well in the first half, they created some good chances. In the second half they had opportunities: Bilyaletdinov attempted to score. We experienced some problems with organizing something in front of Torpedo’s goal but the visitors set up some problems for themselves when Rykov was ejected. In the second half we played properly. We were inventive in attack, and we made good flank passes.

It was also important that we felt the atmosphere of a good old derby at Cherkizovo. I want to thank the supporters, they helped the team today.

- Are you happy with the strikers’ performance?

- Roma Pavlyuchenko had two very good opportunities. He could have scored, but he was unlucky. On the whole, I’m happy with everybody.

- Why did Roman Shishkin start today?

- Shishkin played well against Dynamo and earned a penalty. I had no reason to keep him on the bench today.

- How would you evaluate Alexey Miranchuk?

He was great! Really great!
