Biography
Since 2015, Roman Mikhailovich has worked as an administrator and senior manager of various Russian national football teams. With the youth team of Russia he reached the final stage of the European Youth Championship 2021 in Hungary and Slovenia. In the past, he also played professional beach soccer. As part of the Russian national team in 2011, he became the world champion. Zaikin also won victories in the European Cup, the Intercontinental Cup and the Euroleague. With different teams he won gold medals of the Russian championship.
