Members of the Board of Directors noted that all the conditions needed for the high-quality pre-season preparation were there. The team is staffed with qualified professional players.
Under such circumstances, the responsibility for the team’s unsatisfactory performance must rest on the Head Coach. A Head coach is always responsible for the team’s results.
In this regard, the Board of Directors have decided to agree with the suggestion made by FC Lokomotiv President Olga Smorodskaya regarding the expediency of the termination of the labour agreement with Head Coach Leonid Kuchuk.
Chief Coach Igor Cherevchenko is appointed the acting Head Coach.
