Syomin: We gave the opposition too much freedom

Lokomotiv head coach Yuriy Syomin comments on the victory over Orenburg (3:2) in Gameweek 10 of the Russian Championship.


- It’s never easy against Orenburg. Our players took it seriously. Both teams played attacking football which led to many goals. We gave the opposition too much freedom on flanks, their fullbacks made many crosses. In the second half they capitalized twice on these crosses. But we had advantage in the central axis. Of course, we want to convert every opportunity into a goal but on the whole we played a good game. We are happy with the three points.
