Samedov: 'We deserved this victory'
Lokomotiv midfielder Alexander Samedov has shared his emotions after the 3:1 victory over Kuban in the Russian Cup Final.
'We are very glad we have won the Cup. Lokomotiv haven't been able to win anything for eight years. Today's victory means a lot. We played well and deserved the victory. In the first half we conceded an annoying goal. It was a psychological blow to us, but we found the strength to get back in the game and win'.
