Leonid Kuchuk: "We employed rapid attacks. One of them was successfull"
On a press-conference after the game against Terek, Lokomotiv's manager Leonid Kuchuk said the play was hard.
- Today's game was viscous, with a lot of one-on-one duels, - said Kuchuk. - Terek demonstrated a good organized play, they often used high pressing to dismantle our attacking attempts on early stages. But in the end we got what we wanted, capitalizing on the rapid attacks we managed to set up. In the end of the game we organized three attacks, one of them was successful.
The opponents threatened our goal only when they played set pieces, but anyway the game was hard. I'd like to say thank you to our internationals who had little time to recreate after they returned from their national teams. Samedov, for example, did only one recreational training yesterday, so we decided to hold him back for the first half. And this move justified itself.
