Leonid Kuchuk: “Lokomotiv made the championship more exciting”

At a post-match press conference Lokomotiv head coach Leonid Kuchuk thanked his players and the fans for a good season.

- How does it feel to greet the champion again?

- The game was hard, just like the championship: the intrigue remained until the last gameweek. CSKA have capitalized on our single mistake today.

On the whole our championship became more exciting due to Lokomotiv who poses difficult problems before any opponent. I want to thank the players who worked with me this season. They were a real team. I thank the fans who supported us. Although they were put to a far corner today…but we heard them and they were our twelfth player. I congratulate every team who took part in this championship which was interesting and exciting till the very end. I thank you all. (Applause.)
