Igor Cherevchenko: I am happy we still top the group

Lokomotiv head coach Igor Cherevchenko has summarized the game of the fourth round of the group stage of the Europa League against Besiktas (1:1).

- It was a hard game both for us and Besiktas. I am happy that we still top the group. I hope it will be so in the future. But I want to say that the game could have gone either way. On the whole the result is fair.

- How did you like the duo Shishkin-Durica in the central defense and why didn't Logashov play?

- We decided to give them a chance immediately after the game against Kuban. As for Logashov, this is the decision of the coaching staff. And it's up to the Besiktas forwards to evaluate the performance of our central defenders.
