Bad: Lost to Greuter. Good: Tarasov Is Back

Early in the game, Lokomotiv were more active than their opponents, with young Aleksey Miranchuk being the attacking locomotive. In one episode, the midfielder played a through pass to Roman Pavlyuchenko who lacked a bit to reach it. Aleksey's another pass was more accurate: the ball came to Alan Kasayev on the left flank, then back to the centre where defender Mikhalik picked it up and blasted from a good position but missed.

Both teams slowly tried to set up an offensive but only in the middle of the half did they succeed. Kasayev moved to the right, rounded two opponents and rifled at the far corner but Mickel got the ball. A minute later Mikhalik tried his luck from the edge of the area and again the keeper saved.

Greuter time and again failed to pass the Railwaymen's back four while having some troubles in the rear. Pejcinovic demonstrated good vision finding Grigoryev at the offside line. Maksim ran one on one with the keeper but a defender managed to trip and clear the very last moment.

Very early in the second half the Germans suddenly scored. Freshman Weilandt moved up the centre and sent the ball to the far corner leaving no chance to Guilherme.

Sixty minutes into the game, Lokomotiv made a substitution that had so long been awaited and even overshadowed the final result: the long-sidelined Dmitry Tarasov appeared on the pitch, replacing Pejcinovic.

However, soon the Germans doubled their lead. Przybylko played a long ball to the area where the receiver was knocked down. Sukalo took the spot kick and made no mistake.

Freshman Koryan tried to boost the Railwaymen's attacking potential. The youngster broke away down the left wing and passed to Pavlyuchenko who rolled further to Grigoryev. In a duel between Maksim and the keeper Mickel, the German was lucky.

In the end of this pretty equal game Sukalo tried to make the score big but the back four managed to block the shot.

Tomorrow at 18:30 Lokomotiv will oppose Bayer 04 in the last game of the camp and then fly back to Moscow.
