Yuriy Syomin: We have exhausted our internal reserves

Lokomotiv’s head coach Yuriy Syomin comments on the defeat from Atletico (0:2) in the Champions League. 

 
- Why did you choose the tactics with three central defenders?  

- It’s hard to play against Atletico and leave spaces so we thought this was the decision. We have exhausted our internatl reserve. Kverkvelia performed well.

- Would you summarize Lokomotiv’s performance?  

- It’s too early to draw conclusions. We need to analyze everything but not immediately after the game. As for us, objectively speaking,  we are where we belong in the table. 

- What happened with Corluka? 

-  Something’s wrong with the ankle. 

- Andrey Arshavin thinks the change for the autumn-spring system has not returned profit. Do you agree?  

- Arshavin was a great player, he knows our championship well and has the right for his own judgement. I think we should take his words into consideration.
