Victory!

Loko started actively and had several chances in the very beginning. The first moment came when Maicon rushed into the box and shot at the corner but Pletikosa saved. Three minutes later the Brazilian came in the spotlight again but this time his shot slammed a defender.
 
In the 12th minute Dame N'Doye had a chance but Pletikosa was there a moment earlier. Rostov responded shortly: Kalachyov crossed to the far post where Poloz was close but just not enough.
 
Five minutes later Loko were at Rostov's goal again. Victor Obinna made a classy pass over the defenders' heads to N'Doye who headed over the keeper but missed the target. Nevertheless, four minutes later the Senegalese scored a cracker! Obinna saw Renat Yanbaev on the flank and passed to him, the sprinter crossed to the box where Dame managed a perfect header: the ball bounced off the grass in front of Pletikosa and went into the back of the net past his tips.
 
Sadly enough, Rostov got back in the game in just 8 minutes. Kanga passed to Kalachyov who carried the ball for a couple of seconds and shot under the very crossbar leaving not a chance to Dario Kresic.
 
Each team managed a moment before the half-time whistle. In the 36th minute Yanbaev managed another good cross but N'Doye was inaccurate this time. Three minutes later Poloz lost his marker at Loko's goal but Kresic picked a right position and stopped the shot.
 
In the beginning of the second half the teams had chances again. In the 50th minute N'Doye heeled to Vitaly Denisov, the defender carried the ball and passed on to Denis Glushakov. The Russian international kicked the flying ball but was inaccurate. Rostov responded quickly: Poloz rammed into the box and shot but the ball hit the net from the outside.  
 
An hour into the game Lokomotiv went on pressing the opponent. Maicon received a pass from N'Doye and shot but the ball went into an opponent. A minute later N'Doye had a chance but a defender stopped him from shooting.
 
Minutes on, Cesnauskis managed to run close to Loko's goal but Vedran Corluka was reliable and cut what could have been a promising attack. A second later it could have been Jan Durica's star hour but the defender's shot was stopped by Gatskan.

And anyway the Railwaymen scored! In the 82nd minute Denisov stole the ball in midfield, made a through pass to the freshman Caicedo, the Equadorian rounded the keeper and rolled the ball into the empty net.
 
Another freshman Dmitry Torbinsky scored a winner minutes before the final whistle. Magomed Ozdoev who substituted Alexey Miranchuk passed to N'Doye at the edge of the box, the Senegalese saw Dmitry in a better position and rolled on to him. The midfielder just had to be precise and he was. The long-awaited victory was here!
