Marques Maicon - Player For October

The voting for the Best Player for October in Lokomotiv's VK community has ended.

This time the award goes to forward Marques Maicon who won 3994 votes, or 49% of the total cast. In October the Brazilian returned to the pitch first time after a long break and immediately scored a winner against CSKA and a goal in the Cup game against Krylya Sovetov. Besides, he's got an assist to his name. That's the first time ever the forward has been named the Player of the Month.

Midfielder Manuel Fernandes came second with 2599 votes, or 31,8%. Winger Alexander Samedov came third with 1022 votes, or 12,5%. Fullback Renat Yanbaev enjoyed support of 331 voters, or 4%, and Taras Mylkhalyk won 203 votes, or 2,4%.
