Igor Cherevchenko: The draw is fair
Lokomotiv head coach Igor Cherevchenko had summarized the game against Ural (2:2) of Gameweek 18 of the Russian Premier League.
- 2:2 is a fair result. The game was spectacular. We conceded pretty easily, both the early goal and the one late into the first half. But anyway I am thankful to the guys for their determination. We created an abundance of chances but poor finishing plays a bad trick on us. Now all we have to think about is the next fixture. Skenderbeu will be waiting for us on December 10th and this game is decisive, it can put us further in the Europa League. So we have to forget the tonight's match and get ready for the Albanians.
- It's understandable that you expected Niasse to be a prolific striker this season. But did you expect him to be no less a prolific assistant?
- It's important that he is useful for the team. A goal is the result of a team work. I don't care who makes last passes as long as it helps the team.
