Best Player Of The Season: Aleksandr Samedov

The voting to select Lokomotiv's best player of Season-2013/14 has closed. The subscribers of the club's official VKontakte account have voted for the midfielder Aleksandr Samedov.

Sasha secured a landslide victory hauling 3288 votes, or 32,3%. The runner-up Vedran Corluka notched 2145 votes, or 21,1%. Another of the back-four Vitaliy Denisov came third with 1273 votes, or 12,5%.

Back in April, Samedov was voted as the player of the month. The entire list of this season's MVPs is as follows: Guilherme (July), Vitaliy Denisov (August and May), Dmitriy Tarasov (September), Dame N'Doye (October), Lass Diarra (November, December), Vedran Corluka (March), Aleksandr Samedov (April).
