Dmitriy Loskov - Number 10

Dmitriy Loskov has been registered as a Lokomotiv player and is now eligible for official tournaments.

Several years ago Dmitriy was asked how he saw the ending of his career. He made it clear: no veteran get-together, only a real official game. And the fans' desire to see their idol on the pitch has been only growing stronger.

Today Dmitriy Loskov is our Number 10.

We are not going to speculate when the dream may come true. Loskov the player works for the good of the team and will set his feet on the gound at Cherkizovo only when the head coach tells him so.
But we are looking forward to it!

BIOGRAPHY

Dmitriy Loskov, midfielder

Dmitriy Vyacheslavovich Loskov was born on February 12, 1974 in Kurgan, where he started going into football. In 1990 coach Aleksandr Siyanov suggested going to an academy in Rostov-on-Don. There Loskov made his first steps as a pro playing at Rostselmash.

In 1996 the midfielder sealed a move to Lokomotiv starting a new period in the club's history. At Loko Loskov has won two League titles, three Cups, two Super Cups, has been the League runners-up three times and taken third place three times. The midfielder has won an unbelievable amount of individual awards and acknowledgements, renewed almost all of the club records, and became its symbol and legend.

In his 420 appearances in the red-green outfit he scored 128 goals. Internationally, Dmitriy has won 25 caps, scoring twice.
