Loko is in a quarterfinal!

There was a lack of interesting moments in the first half – all the game was being played between penalty boxes.

For the first time railwaymen seriously worried goalkeeper of Luch after half an hour of the game. Dmitriy Sychev had received the ball on the corner of penalty box, moved to the centre and stricken with force. For Kotlyarov it wasn`t easy to handle with the ball. 

Second half started on a slow pace as well. However on 52nd minute it was really hot near Loko`s goal. Defenders of Lokomotiv left Dmitriy Semochko without attention in their penalty box, and Semochko kicked very powerfully from 10 meters. Happily, Filtsov handled with the kick.

Railwaymen felt the danger and become more active. On 60 minute they scored a goal at last. Andrey Ivanov received the ball from Maikon and kicked by one touch. The ball had touched the chest of Luch defender, changed the trajectory and crossed the goal line. 1:0!

In the last 30 minutes Luch had a few chances to equalize, but Filtsov made some brilliant saves.

Lokomotiv has won again and departed to quarterfinal of Pirelli Russian Cup, where our team will play against Rubin Kazan.
