Samedov: We weren't following the game in Portugal

Lokomotiv midfielder Alexander Samedov has summarized the game against Skenderbeu of Round 6 of the group stage of the Europa League.

“No, we weren't following the game between Sporting and Besiktas. We had to succeed ourselves. In the second half we felt exhausted. I want to say this game was quite a test to our physique but it's good that we endured and capitalized on our opportunities. As for the weather, it was 15 centigrade when we arrived in Tirana but the temperature dropped dramatically by the start of the game. We kept moving and that warmed us.”
