Lokomotiv Hold Open Practice

Today, Lokomotiv ground in Bakovka welcomed the journalists of the biggest Russian sports outlets. The reporters watched an hour-and-a-half long training of the team lead by the acting head coach Miodrag Bozovic.

Lokomotiv's international players were absent: Jan Durica, Mbark Boussoufa, Alexander Samedov and Dame Ndoye endorsed their countries. Meanwhile, Alexander Seraskhov, Sergey Makarov, Alexey Miranchuk and Arshak Koryan capped at Russia U-21 national team. However, the young Andrea Chukanov joined the main squad practice for the first time ever.

Arseniy Logashov and Yan Tigorev did some light training today as they were recovering from injuries, while the team captain Guilherme stayed at home with a flu.

After the warm-up was over, the team played a practice game on one half of the pitch. The players were in good mood, and you could see the coach had already found common grounds with them.
