Pavlyuchenko: ‘We couldn’t lose’

Lokomotiv striker Roman Pavlyuchenko has summarized the Russian Cup Final where Lokomotiv beat Kuban 3:1.

‘Emotions are overwhelming. We have been unsuccessful in the League and understood that the Cup was our last chance to prove that we are ready to fight for the highest standings. We couldn’t lose today, - so many fans have traveled here. Besides, we promised to bring the cup to Bakovka.
