Youth Team Draw Tie Against Arsenal

Lokomotiv youth team had bagged three consecutive wins as they approached Arsenal. The visitors had notched two victories and a draw.

The leaders of the youth championship failed to create a single chance in the entire 90 minutes of the game. It was the visitors who actually threatened us first but Kul missed the target from the corner of the area. Petrovskiy wasted a similar opportunity in the end of the first half.

Lokomotiv responded with a corner when Ivankov won an aerial battle but sent the ball off the target. Baraboshkin was not accurate from the corner of the area.

The first real danger in the second half came only after 45 minutes of play. In the injury time Lokomotiv rushed forward, Turishchev turned around and had a go but the opposition’s keeper Mukhin played well and secured a point for his team.
Lokomotiv remains second on the table, Arsenal stands fourth.
