Lokomotiv played a draw in a friendly game with Malmo

On February 4, Lokomotiv held the third trial game this year at the winter RZD Training Camp in Marbella, Spain. Our team’s rival was a solid Scandinavian club — Malmo, the champion of Sweden. The game ended in a draw (1:1). In the first half, the ball was scored by Jan Kuchta from Rifat Zhemaletdinov’s pass. In the second half, the return goal was scored by Patriot Sejdiu.

The first minutes of both teams were very active. 15 minutes after the starting whistle, Loko’s newcomer Wilson Isidor failed to take advantage of a one-on-one situation after the interception in the opponent’s third. The forward of Loko tried to beat the goalkeeper on the penalty line and hit with his left food into the near corner, but the ball hit the post.

And in the 36th minutes, Lokomotiv opened the score — the bunch worked. The bunched, which had already brought several goals at these training camps. Russians earned a free kick on the left wing, away from the gate. And after Zhemaletdinov’s gorgeous service to the far post, Jan Kuchta left his guarding, came right to the pass and accurately shot from a very difficult situation, sending the ball into the far bottom corner, 1:0.

In the second half, our four fresh footballers appeared on the field: instead of Babkin, Barinov, Nenakhov and Tiknizyan we saw Kerk, Beka Beka, Pablo and Rybus. In the 54th minute, the Swedes managed to equalize the score. After the protracted attack, the ball bounced into the right side of the penalty area, to Sejdiu, who overplayed Khudyakov from close blank range.

The last 10 minutes played for Loko: despite being under pressure, despite long-range shots the score did not change anymore, The result of the game is a draw, 1:1. The next friendly game Markus Gisdol’s team will be played on February 10 against the Swedish Gothenburg. The current information about the start time and broadcast will be announced later.
