Kasaev: ‘We gave up a lot of emotions’

Lokomotiv midfielder Alan Kasaev has shared his emotions after the victory over Kuban in the Russian Cup Final (3:1).

‘Everyone understood we failed in the League. This was our only chance and we had to use it. In half-time the coach said we had to go forward. We encouraged each other. All these factors combined made the result. After we scored the third goal it became clear we were not going to give away the victory, although the game was tense throughout the 120 minutes.
